Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bohemian Rose Goddess. We strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund or return is necessary. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for requesting refunds and returns. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Refund Eligibility:

1.1. Non-Refundable Items:
- Downloadable digital products or services.
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

1.2. Refundable Items:
- Physical products eligible for a return (see Section 2).

2. Return of Physical Products:

2.1. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the physical product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received by the customer.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 from the date of purchase.

2.2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team and provide the order number, details of the item to be returned, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will review the request and provide further instructions, including the return address and any additional information required.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or defective product).

2.3. Inspection and Refund:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.1.
- If the return is approved, we will process the refund within5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer.

3. Refund for Non-Delivery or Damaged Products:

3.1. Non-Delivery:
- If the customer does not receive their order within the estimated delivery time, they must contact our customer support team.
- We will investigate the issue and, if the non-delivery is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to the customer.

3.2. Damaged Products:
- If a product arrives damaged, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process the refund.
- Once the damage is confirmed, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, as preferred by the customer.

4. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please follow the return process (Section 2) to receive a refund for the original item and then place a new order for the desired product.

5. Changes to the Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
